Alonso FIA World Champion 2006

Whoooooooooa!!! Fernando Alonso did it again! He's world champion after another great, awesome and emotive race.

We didn't suffer too much since at the beginning of the race Schumacher had a problem with one of his tires, and had to visit the boxes. After that, he moved up from the 20th position, to the 4th one!

Alonso didn't do it bad either, he started fourth, but he ended the second, just after Felipe Massa, who was touched after winning for the second time, and in his land, Brazil.

With this, we say good bye to the Formula 1 until next year, when Fernando Alonso will be pilot in McLaren Mercedes, and Kimi Räikkönen at Ferrari.

Congratulations Alonso! I feel very proud of you.
